Heat-resistant television surveillance systems

Association "StekloSouz" offers you information about the line of television surveillance systems for operation in conditions of high and high temperatures (from 85 ° C to 1600 ° C).

Heat-resistant television systems of a new generation (IP and AHD formats) for glass industry enterprises are developed and produced by JSC Scientific Research Institute of Industrial Television Rastr (JSC NIIPT Rastr). The systems provide remote monitoring on a PC monitor for various production processes in conditions with high ambient temperatures.

Features of TV systems IP and AHD format:

1.Color image of high quality (up to 1920 × 1080), including through the use of high-quality optics;

2. the ability to quickly adapt the system to operating conditions;

3.Connecting the camera with one cable (twisted pair of category 5e and higher):

- nutrition;

- video signal;

- management

4. Specialized software for IP systems allows:

1) improve image quality;

2) create a list of control zones:

- position;

- display scale;

- image setting;

3) receive OSD information on the image (graphic markup, date and time, temperature, etc.);

4) create an archive of video images;

5) carry out revision according to the requirements of the customer.

Heat-resistant television surveillance systems provide

1.the possibility of observation at ambient temperatures from 85 to +1600 ° С

- in digital systems - remote control (from the PC keyboard) of digital camera parameters using software: exposure, gain, white balance, black level, gamma correction, backlight compensation, scaling, deep contrast;

- transmission of digital stream and current power supply of the TV camera over twisted pair in the GigabitEthernet network;

2. Continuous round-the-clock work;

3. Blowing the space in front of the protective glass of the video camera with compressed air to prevent dust and splashes on the glass;

In the television surveillance systems STN-27T and TSN-10-1M, in addition to this,

1) Remote input / output of a television camera from a high-temperature area;

2) Automatic withdrawal of the television camera from the high-temperature zone with the simultaneous activation of light and sound alarms in the event of an emergency:

- overheating inside the camera casing (over 60 ° С);

- reducing the consumption of cooling water (less than 17 l / min);

- disconnecting or reducing the voltage of the electrical network.

Heat-resistant television systems, depending on the wishes of the customer, can be supplied in PAL, AHD (analog), or IP (digital) formats.
