SILVER MIRROR

REXI Silver Coated Mirror is produced through a trinal processing work by coating a silver film, a copper film, and two layers of waterproof paints on the surface of glass. High quality clear float and modern mirror equipment combine to produce competitively priced mirrors of exceptionally high quality. This improved manufacturing process also improves the optical quality of the product and significantly increases its longevity through a better resistance to corrosion.

AEON Silver Mirror is available in clear and a wide range of colors. Compared to conventional mirror, it offers excellent resistance to atmospheric agents.

COPPER FREE AND LEAD FREE MIRROR

REXI Copper Free and Lead Free Mirror is applied with a revolutionary new process which replaces copper, the origin of corrosion in mirror, with a highly sophisticated multiple level chemical treatment. In this process, the silvered layer is applied on the glass by a chemical method also knows as the wet film method. To reinforce the adhesion of this layer, a preparatory surface treatment of the glass is done by sensitization followed by passivation.

FEATURES:

Completely copper free top coat and<0.15% lead in the wet basecoat.

Environmentally friendly manufacturing process produces less waste and ensures easier onward recycling.

10 times more resistant to natural atmospheric corrosion in accordance with standards

SAFETY MIRROR

REXI Safety Mirror is made of high quality silver mirror, copper free silver mirror, or Aluminum mirror and high viscous vinyl film (smooth film-Category I or woven film-Category II). The safety film is applied to the back of the mirror. If the mirror is broken, the vinyl film holds the fragments of glass in place, thus reducing the risk of injury. This makes it the ideal choice for applications anywhere in the home where there is a greater risk of accidental damage, e.g. doors, wardrobes and children's rooms.
